1. Nationality
Should be a non-Chinese citizen who can study and live in the school in good health and with a sound mind. If both or one of the applicant’s parents is a Chinese citizen and resides in a foreign country, the applicant has foreign nationality at birth. In that case, they do not have Chinese nationality and must have a record of actually living abroad for more than 2 years within the last 4 years. (Nine (9) months living abroad are equivalent to one year, subject to entry and exit visas).Chinese emigrants who apply to come to China for undergraduate study as international students must hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for more than 4 years.
Within the 4 years, they must have a record of living abroad for more than 2 years (9 months abroad in a year can be calculated as one year, subject to entry and exit visas).
2. Education Background
Must be at the high school level or above, with a high school diploma.
3. Language Requirements
English-taught Programs: Must be an English native speaker or come from countries with English as the official language; otherwise, should provide a valid English proficiency
certificate such as IELTS≥6.0, TOEFL≥75, or TOEFL Essentials≥8 (DI Code: 806).
4. Applicants should be friendly to China, law-abiding, without any criminal records
